so i decide to give out my 8 tips to help secure your facebook account from hackers
if you can always follow them your Facebook account is already 80% secured and safe.
8 TIPS TO SECURE YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT
1. Never share your password with anyone: this cannot be over emphasized, you risk your account being hacked by doing so.
2. Never login your account on an unknown device: but if you do always make sure to logout your account from such devices immediately after using it
3. Be sure of the web address: always make sure to check the address bar and be sure you're logged on to https://web.facebook.com any other link is spoofed.
4. Never click on ad's link you're not sure about most times ad's like that are mostly from hackers (lose 200pounds in 1 hour)
5. Never fill your login details on third party web pages or apps.
6. Change your password often once in three months or six months after all it's for you security.
7. Make sure your password combination contains the following:
> Upper case character A,B,C,D...Z
> Lower case character a,b,c,d...z
> Numeric character 0,1,2,3....9
> symbols !@#$%^&*()_+{}|:"<>?,./;'[]
also make sure your password is at minimum 8 characters long
Example: Ter@t00l$ would be a more difficult password to crack for a hacker than teratools
8. Install a trusted antivirus program on your device. avast, avira, avg etc are well known anti-virus companies
